The day-to-day operation of the city is performed within this office. It includes oversight and functionality of customer service, city planning, public works, law enforcement, city budgeting, communications, and economic and social developments. The mayor works with all municipal officials and other civic community-based organizations, to ensure the governance of the city is productive and meets the many needs of the city and its citizens. Our citizens are our priority and our goal is to maintain a cohesive city-strong relationship by building trust and commitment in working together to reach and maintain this goal. Because of our unique culture as home to a renowned Historical Black University, Grambling State, it is important that we help provide the infrastructure and support necessary for both the city and the university to grow together and thrive. It is with equal enthusiasm that we extend to our new Elementary and High School, Lincoln Preparatory School. We are making every effort to keep the City of Grambling a viable and attractive city for residency, business, education, and social engagements. We welcome your input!
